Made for fast IFC to Excel exports

IFC2Excel focuses on turning IFC model data into a practical spreadsheet: quantities, parameters, and clean rows.

Scan what’s inside the IFC

Automatically finds available element types and parameter fields present in the model.

Pick columns, export clean data

Select only the columns you need and export a table that matches your workflow.

No installs, no licenses

Runs in the browser. Perfect when you just need an Excel table and don’t want heavy BIM software.

How it works

A simple flow designed for speed when you need “IFC to Excel” right now.

1
Open an IFC file Select a local IFC file — it stays on your device.
2
Choose data to export Pick element types, quantities, and parameters for your table.

Privacy by design

Your IFC file is processed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. This is ideal for confidential projects and strict client policies.
